Conscious Awareness
Conscious Awareness
“ I have found that if you love life, life will love you back.” Authur Rubinstein
They say that ” life is an inside job.” To be successful and a complete person you must be conscious and have an inward awareness in order to be outwardly successful.
What is conscious awareness?
Conscious awareness is staying awake to the idea that we always have the ability to choose. Your conscious mental attitude which are the thoughts you think each day have the power to change unwanted patterns to make success and happiness available to you in your life.
” Our intent is to bring you the tools and techniques that allow you to understand the power that created you is within you and can be reached in many ways. Too often, we think we have to live life alone. We can speak from experience as solutions to our everyday challenges pop into our heads at the conclusion of a meditation session. Jerry and Esther Hicks in their books speak of how Abraham calls this being” tapped in, tuned in and turned on,” referring to our connection to Source. The Bible says,’the Kingdom of Heaven is within.
Positive Thinking Transforms—Negative Thinking Stifles
When you practice conscious awareness you allow the walls to start breaking down and this releases the True Self of Your Identity which is positive. Books are written about “being in the flow,” where all things fall into place and the right people show up to assist you at just the right time. This is a result of being in the flow.
On the other hand, negative thoughts can reinforce that wall and block the flow and availability of solutions which come from Source.
Thoughts are Things.
Remember every thought is a choice and we can go down that path where we chime right in complaining or we can choose to think or talk about the positive.
So think of it as though each negative thought is like another brick put in place—building this wall that blocks the good and flow of Source into our life.
“ What is to give light must endure burning” Victor Frankl
We are here to be consciously aware, so when in the presence of negative, complaining individuals, make the choice to change the subject or leave. Remember to surround yourself with positive uplifting like minded people.
Bounce back from Life’s Challenges
Conscious awareness is also about knowing that a multitude of information is available to each of us. You can learn to be more sensitive and by keeping your mind open and receptive, you will receive flashes of inspiration or intuition. This inner guidance will allow you to know what to do in life and when to do it. Although the situation may at first appear dire and seem negative, you can transform it into a positive experience.
Whatever we think, positive or negative, is like a radio broadcast, sending that energy out into the world where people can feel it, and by way of the law of attraction, we draw more of the same back into our lives. Now that you are conscious of this simple truth, why not choose positive life affirming thoughts?
Discipline of Deeper Meditation=Inward Awareness=Outward Success
Mastering the art of deep meditation is the tool of choice used by those practitioners whose intention it is to be inwardly aware in order to outwardly successful.
Inwardly aware is discovering and remembering the truth of who and what we really are— when this happens a peace and understanding fill our inner being. Christ said, “ know the truth and the truth shall set you free.” He referred to this realization of oneness with the Creator through which negativity vanishes.
